Katherine Robinson is an accomplished oboist who has been teaching at Académie Ste-Cécile Academy of Music since 1996. After completing her Bachelor’s in Music with Honors in 1979, Katherine joined the Windsor Symphony Orchestra as principal Oboist in the same year, staying with them till 1983. From 1981 to 1983, she was also an Oboist in the Essex Winds. Katherine was also a member of the Canadian Chamber Orchestra in 1980 and has served as Principal Oboist at in the Windsor Community Orchestra from 1989 to 2002. She has been teaching since 1979 in conjunction with her work as a musician and has been teaching at the Académie Ste-Cécile from 1996 till present.
